My daughter and her family stopped here to get food on March 8th. They ordered through Kiosk 2 order number 258. When they went up to the counter the guy said the food didn't come through and refused to fill the order even though they had the receipt. The cost of the meal was $50 and they would not give their money back. She called the Taco Bell corporate office and they said they had to contact the Taco Bell they used. Someone needs to reimburse my daughter her money. She has turned this Taco Bell over to the Better Business Bureau. Her next step is to contact the City of Bessemer. Such poor service.Parking: N/A
