Bright Star provided catering for 120 for our daughter's wedding. They were such nice people and made all of our guests feel welcomed. They took care of everything and were very professional. Of course, the food was terrific as well. We are so glad that we used Bright Star for this important event!

I’ve been performing weddings for over 25 years and work with numerous vendors. I love the Bright Star Restaurant didn’t know they had a catering division. The ladies were outstanding. My particular client wanted breakfast as her choice of food for her reception and Bright Star knocked it out of the park. Very Covid-19 compliant and professional. Everything was delicious! Bright Star restaurant has been a Birmingham tradition for many many years. My parents are loyal customers and have passed their love of the Bright Star down to me. My dad loves their bread pudding. Being a New Orleans native, his pallet is discerning on this dessert and won’t touch it unless it comes from his mother’s Louisiana kitchen circa 1965 or the Bright Star. So I wanted to surprise him for Christmas with a pan of this fantastically rich dessert complete with whiskey sauce. I called the catering number the day before Christmas Eve and the most delightful, professional voice answered on the other end and talked to me like we were best friends for ages. Her name is Jennifer and she took my order, told me how to pick it up and let me at the door on Christmas Eve with instructions. All with a smile, and a ease that made me feel like if nothing else happened during the hectic holiday, Bright Star catering made me feel like the Christmas spirit was alive and well.Planning events are stressful, whether it be a family gathering, a wedding or what have you. Do yourself a favor. Call Jennifer at Bright Star catering and let her ease your mind. Your guests will be well fed and you will be taken care of. We have used Bright Star catering for several events for our company and I would give them 10 stars if I could. The food is always amazing and the service is just the same. Whether it is for a party of 100 or 10, they can handle it. They are a must!!

They catered for our company. Presentation was great, but there was hair in my food. And not just my food but a few others food. Completely turned everyone off!
