PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS. THE GUY CHARGED ME AND ANOTHER CUSTOMER THE INCORRECT AMOUNT. NOW THE FOOD. I GOT CHINESE. THE RICE IS BOIL IN THE BAG BROWN RICE WITH VEGETABLES. I GOT THW HONEY CHICKEN, IT HAS A VINEGAR TASTE TO IT. I ALSO GOT FRIED RICE WITH TWO EGG ROLLS. I HAVE HAD WAY BETTER CHINESE FOOD. THIS IS AWFUL

I've been here three times since the change to Hotspot. It's been good every time

Prices are very fair, service was great, and the food was good. They definitely have made an effort to better the place and people should stop and check it out. Ignore the other reviews from the past.

Guy who answered phone is very rude. Food was cold even though we are less than five minutes from the location. Ordered no bell peeper in two dishes both still had it. Ordered extra broccoli in chicken and mixed vegetables, got no broccoli. Paid for extra vegetables in house combo and don’t feel like I received them. Had one water chestnut And one snow pea, more broccoli stems than anything.

I legit have had this like 15 times this month , best general tsos chicken ive ever eaten and definitely worth every penny (im going broke bc of how many times i have eaten here lol )

Food tastes freshly cooked, prices are very fair. The portions could be larger but the quality is significantly better than anywhere else I've been so I'm fine with it. Less than $12 for lunch and a large drink is better than a fast food restraunt and much better.

General Tso’s chicken was good. Beef and broccoli was tough. House Lo Mein was ok. Service was quick and efficient after I ordered at the counter. The food did not take long.

Customer service was pretty good, food is great definitely recommending and coming back for more

I had the chicken part of the menu and I'd pass. I asked fried hard and idk what they did. It was really sogy. We only got a Lil bit of fries and we ordered Cajun ranch fries. It was all ranch

The bobo wings are FIRE, and the crab ragoon. The cook and his wife are nice...
