I ordered my food(bacon eggs and cheese grit bowl with an order of two pork chops) left to run an errand and came back and they gave my food away. They remade it and I didn’t think to check it before I left but I got home and they didn’t cut my bacon up they gave me whole strips and then didn’t season my pork chops they taste so bland. This the first time ever in my life Waffle House has messed up my order. I’m pissed!

Matt the cook was real friendly nice and kept everyone laughing loved it he also made sure the food was how we liked it and made sure everyone was satisfied. If I go back to any waffle house in the bessemer road which I will be it'll definitely be this one when he works ! Very satisfied with everything!

The place was packed but the staff was on point. Super friendly people. The two cooks were swamped with orders. They had a full house and several to go orders but our food came super fast and was delicious. I tipped my server and both cooks. It was well deserved. My only regret is I don't live nearby but wish I did so I could eat here more often. Awesome job folks!!!

Trying to get a cup of coffee and bite to eat on a road trip, 2nd attempt at a Waffle House in Alabama and more of the same. Walk in, no one speaks, sit for several minutes, cook and waitress both at the grill and griddle. Several others waiting for drinks or coffee, the other waitress walks over and sits down to her breakfast. We leave, in the parking lot two employees pull up for work. Evidently some issues with schedule or just people who want to serve the public but we left hungry and moved on to another exit. So sad what American food service has become, but paying customers are the enemy now.
