Matt the cook was real friendly nice and kept everyone laughing loved it he also made sure the food was how we liked it and made sure everyone was satisfied. If I go back to any waffle house in the bessemer road which I will be it'll definitely be this one when he works ! Very satisfied with everything!
The place was packed but the staff was on point. Super friendly people. The two cooks were swamped with orders. They had a full house and several to go orders but our food came super fast and was delicious. I tipped my server and both cooks. It was well deserved. My only regret is I don't live nearby but wish I did so I could eat here more often. Awesome job folks!!!
Hello. The only reason why I'm even posting this is because there's no way to speak to someone on the phone anymore. This happened at the Waffle House in Bessemer, on Academy Lane. It's the second time my husband and I have ordered food to go and something was missing. The first time it was his waffle, and this time they forgot his side of grits. We really do like you guys and the staff is great, but it's hard to get in contact with anyone yo address this situation....
