Our waitress was very sweet and very attentive. She did an amazing job and the cook was also very nice and understanding of our needs. They didn't make us feel silly and helped us find the best options for what we needed and could eat. ( My husband and surgery on his jaw and face and needed soft foods)

Awesome food but they close too early can't go in and eat sometimes it's nice just to sit down and eat something late at night if you're hungry I said I have to eat in your car or whatever I don't know why they do that but I guess because everybody drunk and trying to sober up but it's a shame you can't go in there and eat no more late at night

Walked in, surveyed the facility looking for an available table, turned around and walked out. I did not want to compete with the flies or unclean tables. Never going to that one again.
Food was flavorless. They didn't put my Berts chili in the bag that I paid for. This was a real let down. I should've kept my tip.

This is one of the worst restaurants ive ever been in!!walked in dishes all over the counter and tables server sitting down chilling.Sat at one of the only clean tables in the building and wait.we were never acknowledged so we left and went somewhere that wanted our money

Foul language by the employees and I was the only customer in at first. After taking my order, it didn’t get started until a while (only person in). Once they did start it, the drinks (coffee & orange juice) didn’t make it out until I asked for it again. Dirty dishes everywhere and that meant according to the server I had to use plastics (which I don’t mind but not eating in a restaurant). Also, out of butter for waffles. First time I’ve ever heard of that.

The new manager(Errie) is rude, doesn’t take pride in food preparation,, has lowered morale amongst the staff and is unfriendly to customers. My husband and I are regular customers and we’ve never had any problems with anyone else. Eerie is young and doesn’t know how to handle her authority appropriately. I don’t want to return to that store. We have to go out of our way to another Waffle House.
