This is one of the worst restaurants ive ever been in!!walked in dishes all over the counter and tables server sitting down chilling.Sat at one of the only clean tables in the building and wait.we were never acknowledged so we left and went somewhere that wanted our money

Foul language by the employees and I was the only customer in at first. After taking my order, it didn’t get started until a while (only person in). Once they did start it, the drinks (coffee & orange juice) didn’t make it out until I asked for it again. Dirty dishes everywhere and that meant according to the server I had to use plastics (which I don’t mind but not eating in a restaurant). Also, out of butter for waffles. First time I’ve ever heard of that.

The new manager(Errie) is rude, doesn’t take pride in food preparation,, has lowered morale amongst the staff and is unfriendly to customers. My husband and I are regular customers and we’ve never had any problems with anyone else. Eerie is young and doesn’t know how to handle her authority appropriately. I don’t want to return to that store. We have to go out of our way to another Waffle House.
Easy to access, quality of food good. Great service. Everything good except the water- don’t drink it!!!

It took our waiter 20 minutes to come greet us. Then it took him 15 minutes to bring our drinks. Then took him 20 minutes just to call out our order. The food was cold when we got it. We couldn’t understand what our waiter was asking us he mumbled when he talked. We will not be returning to this place. It wasn’t even busy. I have never seen some LAZY servers they definitely didn’t want a tip out of all of the waffle houses I have been to this is by far the worst one.

After 9pm, they ignore you while you are standing at the door. You order a meal that specifically includes bacon & when you get home you have no jelly, no plastic ware, and no bacon.
In addition to regular tax and a service fee, you also have to pay an inclusive tax.
My grits had a lump in them and tasted like glue paste.
