Coffee tasted old and was too too watered down. I Wonder if they actually clean out the coffee maker and change it up at all. Also, the milk the past few days have been tangy so it's spoiled I think. If that's buttermilk' it doesn't belong in coffee at all get fresh milk.

Table was not thoroughly cleaned when we sat down. Floors needed sweeping and walls need to be cleaned. This took away from the experience. Couldn't really enjoy my food but the food tasted great. A tall fair skinned lady provided great service. Wish I knew her name but she worked in the morning. Niya is very professional and hospitable.

No service guess a working person don't meet their standards

Workers are eating behind the counter. Moving very slow and there’s nobody here. Use to like this place don’t know what happened here honestly.

They decided to add a sub charge with short notice and then tried to charge me random pricing afterwards... Upset another customer with an inaccurate, short upcharge as well. Ridiculous!

And they've done this to 2 other customers recently at this particular location.

Positively embarrassing for Waffle House to have this kind of representation and service by its ‘employees.’ ( and I use that term very loosely. ) Entering the restaurant around 2:15 a.m. on saturday morning , I sat in an upfront booth for 25 minutes without so much as a hello , good or morning , much less ‘can we help you’ ! NO one even attempted to take my order,,, I was totally ignored…. 4 people in Waffle House attire behind the counter ,,, only one half-heartedly workind , the other 3 , leaning on the counter, playing on phones or talking among themselves….The place was not busy , only half dozen other patrons . If I were Waffle House management I’d ‘ clean house of that bunch ! Totally nonexistent service … embarrassing for a long time American favorite like this place. I walked out without the first word spoken to me
