I live two miles from Wendy’s. When I got home my fries were ice cold as were the burgers. Heated in the microwave the burgers were better. But microwaved fries are still awful.

The nastiest, worse, driest disgusting chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten! It was flat-out intentional!! Because the person taking the order couldn't understand, we wanted no mayo. Should have known it was going to be bad because the place was dirty & greasy. I would tell everyone to stay the hell away!!

I don’t have issues here normally but I waited inside for a seemingly short line that took longer than it should have and when I finally get my food, I look at it and it looks fine.

I’ve since driven away and realized upon closer inspection (1) the nuggets are over cooked and (2) the fries and nuggets don’t taste right.

I understand folks are human and fast food places are understaffed but how do you sit here, look me in the face, and give me overcooked food?

2 stars only cause I haven’t had issues before but this pissed me off. Folks were kind, service was slow (maybe I came at a bad time), but my food was trash.

The person taking the order was ridiculous for no reason. They act like I was ordering in Latin. I ordered a salad and decided to try the "nuggs", they were dried up chunks of leather with a drizzling of sauce. Just ugh....

Tracer was pretty nice but she said my son didn’t order his jr cheeseburger with bacon so even if he didn’t why couldn’t they ask if we wanted it? They gave me the onions and tomato at the window. It was someone in the background talking so my son drove off. I would have asked for the bacon and paid extra for it. I’m not clear as to what really comes on a four for four since this is the first burger I’ve eaten in almost a year. I don’t usually eat this kind of food. The food was good, but I think the service could have been better. It’s always best to try to come to a resolution 💙🔥💙🔥

STAY AWAY!!! I need my money back!!!!Drive-Thru sever disrespectful. Got the order wrong and was very rude when I gave the food back. Then when I did get my order it was still incorrect. Didn't put it in a bag, no napkins. Therefore I paid for something I didn't even want. I really should have got money back. I just asked for NO CHEESE .

I Visited the Academy Drive location and purchased 2 large cups of chili on 12/10/24. When I arrived home, I discovered that the chili didn’t have meat or beans, only liquid. I put everything back in the bag and returned to the same location the following day during the same time of day. The management was rude and argumentative and stated that they don’t give refunds. She also stated that the morning shift makes the chili and not her shift. There was no apology for the inconvenience, only blame shifting. She implied that they wouldn’t have sold it that way, until I insisted that she open the container and look for herself. The manager eventually gave me a refund. I have no plans of returning to this location.
