Had to repeat my order won't listen when I told him my order. Missed a drink on top of that. Then told me I add to buy something else if I want that drink. Very rude didn't care that he messed up. Was very rude. For my first time I promise I'll never go back

I’m sorry but this was the worst experience I have ever experienced with them since I’ve been going. My fries was cold a not cooked fresh like I asked . Because I have to drive 30 mins to get home. I wouldn’t have minded waiting. The whole wings I ordered was not cooked all the way. I ordered Cajun cheese fries. They gave me ranch. I tried to call the phone was off the hook for an hour. Once I finally got someone on the phone an asked for a manager, they just sat the phone down a didn’t get a manager. Honestly I don’t think I will be ever going back

When I went there the drive thru was too long so I decided to call to place an order so it wont take me that long. The guy I spoke with is taking my order but when I told him I’m already there & since the line is too long I will not wait for that long & he just told me “u are wasting my time” & he didn’t even talk so I hung up the phone.Make sure if u have this kind of crew in ur business u also have to train them not to be “RUDE” to ur customer. U should CARE abt ur customer. It’s my first time to be treated like that. Have MANNERS people!

I got the hot wings and cajun fries. These wings are so good. I mean this is real flavor! So tasty. It was just a little overcooked for my taste. I think if they took the wings out of the fryer just 30 seconds earlier I might have said there are the best wings in the world.But also the customer service was good. I thought there was no such thing as customer service anymore, but they got it.Overall great experience.
