Definitely one of the most disappointing wingstops ive ever been in i waited over 40 minutes to get my order and i sat here and watched as the lady in the back was tossing wings and let one fly out not only did she not throw it away she put it in someones order this store Definitely needs a stern visit from corporate and proper training

Bro got mad at me for stepping on dry floor worried about the wrong thing he has many people waiting on their orders, if he was having a bad day he should take the day off glad I was having a good day and didn’t want to crash out . Old African American dude he need to chill.

The floors were sticky but alot of people were getting their food to go. I'm not going to ding them for that. Because the business was constant. Folks like placed an order some pick there's up. The were really moving in that kitchen. First time eating there. So I had the lemon pepper and parmesan garlic both great I was surprised about the amount of fries they give you. The next I'll try more but a good first trip.

Ordered a $40 order of wings for my family, got back and the order wasn’t even ours. So my wife went back to get our order she checked it before leaving and it was still wrong when she went to tell the person at the counter the original worker that gave her the order rolled their eyes and was annoyed. they left out our voodoo fries, and one tender on a 3 piece tender combo, and didn’t give us any of the honey mustard we ordered. They told her it would be 5mins she waited 20 more minutes they gave her 2 brownies for her time. Of all the years we have been eating here there hasn’t been a single time that our order has been right but it hasn’t taken 3+ tries to get it right till yesterday. The food is good, the service is horrible, the place is never clean and they are rude even though it’s their mistake.

I would rate it a 0 if I could I spend my money at wing stop A LOT and I placed a pick up order and asked her was it to late to order she said no I was there to pick it up at 9:50 a boy on the inside ran to the door and locked it as I pulled up😂 and they just looked at me standing there and continued to put the to go orders on the rack I stood there for about 5 minutes and they kept looking. I’m pissed

waiting for an hour!!!! i can confirm cs my life360 tells you how long you’ve been at a location! very slow and everyone else got their orders before i did and no they were not online orders they had ordered after i did!
I wasn't impressed with these wings or fries. Being a Dining Services Manager with years of cooking experience, I can honestly say theirs room for improvement. My Original Buffalo flavor was first Lemon Pepper flavor. No one can convince me otherwise. This was one lemony experience. 🍋

If I could give no stars I would. I order from here sometimes twice a week and have never had a problem with service or food quality. I placed an online order and this time the quality of the food was terrible. The tenders were so hard and dry, I couldn’t even eat them. Not too mention, where is the sauce? I’ve reached out to have this resolved but have received no response. Is unfair to pay for food you can’t eat. I will not be back until the issue is resolved.

Literally the worst Wingstop location in America manager is rude and unprofessional. Only location that I have received soggy wings from and if your a delivery driver there's always an HR wait so think twice
