Overall the food here is good, but wait time is ridiculous. Workers are play arguing in the kitchen, when orders could be out faster for people having to wait 30-45 mins. Where are the managers?

When I ordered it said it would be 16-21 minutes. When I got there it had been 28 minutes. They were just staying to cook my order. They weren't in much of a hurry either. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. There was music playing but it was very loud and made it hard to hear anyone. Customers and staff had to repeat themselves because the music was too loud.The wings were cooked perfectly. The fries, however, were limp. They forgot one order of veggies but I wasn't driving back for it.

No complaints. The lemon pepper wings were good however, the person I was with wasn't so lucky. He had to ask for some lemon pepper seasoning to go. They gladly obliged. Service was kinda slow with only us & 1 other person ordering in person.
Food itself was good but if more than one patron is telling you something is wrong with the drink machine then be proactive and alert people beforehand or Google some way to fix it.

I have to take a deep breath because I want to be fair. First of all the fries are trash. When I go on vacation to other places they are great but here no. The people are harder and I want to be fair to them. The D.M. needs to do his job and make sure the quality is a cross the board. With all that said here's the positive the wings are great. Just make sure they are hot.
