Went at 9:30 pm on a Saturday and was told all orders will take 25 minutes. I said ok and then asked if they sold any orders of traditional wings larger than 20. They said “we’re out of traditional wings for the night.” I know enough about fast food to know that they wanna get out of there at 10 when it closes. They can’t do that if they’re still cooking/selling chicken at 9:30. Poor service. And probably just cost the business a $70 order……at the very least.
The franchise should pull their license. Service is horrible. Your employees don’t want to be there and are incredibly rude. Lobby is always messy. I loved Zaxby’s. This location has ruined the brand for me. This location was shut down for a minute, everyone figured it was the owners trying to get the place in shape, nope, health department shut them down. Disgraceful.
