Not sure if all Zaxbys restaurants have went downhill or if its just this location. Service was slow. Plenty of people, just no idea what they were doing. Some of the food came out hot while some was cold. Threw half of it away because it didn't taste great, like Im used to expecting from Zaxbys either.

They always have what I want and what my family orders and literally the only problem I run into is they forget a BBQ sauce every now and then but I have some at home so its no biggie really

I was that dreaded customer who pulled up in the drive through 7 minutes before closing. The guy taking my order had a great attitude and they still delivered fantastic food. Props to y'all for quality service

I eat here once a week the food has really been delicious! My chicken is always done… I like mine done…the Texas toast is amazing… headed to Zaxby’s right now….for those who should know, this place is popular, so there might be a wait…I do t mind…food is always great!

I will give this location 5-stars just because I eat here all the time with no complaints, but this was the first time I ordered catering from here. Granted, our first delivery was much later than scheduled, the managers (General and Catering) were accommodating and corrected the minor issues with the order. It's hard to find excellent customer service these days, so I was pleased with how they took care of the order's issues. It's understandable that things aren't always as perfect as we'd like for them to be, but as long as the error is fixed, it makes up for the complaints.
We have two more orders to go, so hopefully I won't have to edit or change my rating.

Zaxby’s — A Drive-Thru Experience Worth Writing Home About
I pulled up to Zaxby’s expecting some decent chicken and maybe a napkin or two… what I didn’t expect was to be greeted by the absolute ray of sunshine that is Antonique at the window.
This woman didn’t just hand me my food — she handed me a moment of pure joy. Her energy was like if customer service had a hype woman. I was halfway through my order and already smiling like I just won a year’s supply of Zax Sauce.
She made the whole interaction feel like a VIP experience. Chick-fil-A who? I’ll take Antonique any day. By the time I left, I didn’t just have chicken fingers and fries… I had a renewed faith in humanity.
If there’s a “Best Window Vibes” Hall of Fame, someone please get her plaque ready. 👏🍗✨

I did a mobile order and my entire order is wrong. Two of my meals didn’t come with specifications I added like I said no sauce on my sandwiches and 1 out of 3 drinks were wrong. I ordered 2 cokes and 1 sweet tea and the gave me 2 sweet teas instead. So moral of the story is they don’t know how to read!

We ordered 2 4 piece tender plates, one tossed in nuclear sauce. One plate has 3 fingers, not 4. The other plate wasn’t tossed at all. We also ordered extra ranch and zax sauce, but got neither. I tried calling the number on the receipt, but it’s been disconnected. What a shock. I don’t know why I keep trying this Zaxbys.

Long wait times in the drive thru and guy at the windows was rude when questioned the price of my order. The menu board listed a different price and he state s” we don’t control the price “ smh well you should honor what’s advertised. The failure of manangemet to update the menu board is not the fault of the customers . I pay for service not sarcasm therefore we chose to patronize Chick-fil-A who by the way has no issue with chat service.
Bad service they don’t have nothing no drinks no sauce and they where rude about it at least the food was good.

Not only had the prices gone up significantly they are unable to count to 10, on both orders only 9 boneless wings and barely any sauce. Very disappointed.
