Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Drive thru order number 90183752. Ordered Zensation Zalad with grilled chicken. I received a Zensation Zalad with a mix of grilled chicken and fried chicken. No utensils in my bag. They truly seemed to not care, and rushed the order, all the while with pleasant and courteous service. Somebody is not paying attention.

Got to restaurant and was told nothing was ready. Waited and watched other people come through the drive thru get there orders and when I walked in the guy fixing the food was eating fries over the area where they supposed to fix plates. I asked the young lady for a refund.

Terrible service, girl cut me off twice while ordering, and overall they just didn’t want to do their job

Charged me for white cheddar bites and after waiting a full 15 minutes they informed me they 'ran out' they gave us fried pickles, but by the time I had waited 30 minutes all the food was cold. When I got home I realized there was NO CHICKEN in the kids meal and they didn't give me a drink. I called them but they answered and hung up. Absolutely awful. Will never return.

If I could give it less than one star I would, the girl at the register wasn't worried about anything but her phone. We waited 25 minutes for our good, then our order was missing items so we had to go back. The loaded fries were bad, I regret paying $9 for them. There was very little sauce and the cheese wasn't even melted. The spicy chicken sandwich had no Buffalo sauce and was just coated in ranch. The couple that ordered before me watched 4 orders go out that was after them, then when they confronted the employees, they were informed that they were out of chicken and had to drop more. I would highly recommend getting chicken anywhere else besides this Zaxbys.

Service was very terrible we ordered our food and waited 45 minutes while other people that went behind us got their food and we got told that they needed to drop more chicken. But instead filled multiple other orders that involved chicken after. I would never come here they suck!!!

The amount of playing around that goes on in the kitchen is unacceptable. The laughing the touching of the food without using proper utensils. Workers eating while working behind the counter in between serving customers.The drink machine hasn’t been cleaned in sometime.
The person taking orders doesn’t greet you. They just stand at the cash register waiting for you to speak. I realized I need to go back to cooking all of my meals again.

So sad to see what was a great chain go to the bottom. Just hit the drive through and has terrible service (ton of attitude) and food was terrible. Limp fries, wrong sauce, tough tenders and grilled sandwich was just not good. The exterior should have been a big clue for us. Bassiner franchise owners get your act together!

I’m not sure what type of cashiers y’all got but whoever that li girl is at the window has the most nastiest attitude EVER! She always has her mouth poked out, don’t speak, and pulled us down and brought the food out bag was all twisted up side ways food falling out! Y’all gotta do better! MIA H! She needs to be fired.

We had to wait over fifteen minutes before we could order. Way too long of a wait. Our chicken was juicy, but tasted like it was cooked in oil that previously had something burn in it.

I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches in 2 different occasions. In the first instance, the chicken was raw and had to dump the whole sandwich. 2 days ago I ordered the same,which almost took 25 minutes .I didn't check how it looked like until I got to my workplace only to find out that the chicken was all sooth.I didn't even take a bite!This location is nasty and wonder if what they make is fit for human consumption.
