people working the drive thru has an attitude problem didn’t make my order right had to go inside and ask for missing items person working the register had an attitude problem one day they’re gonna catch an attitude with the wrong person because me personally i can take it there and i promise you don’t want that hire better people that actually wanna do their job and not have a damn attitude because THEY made the damn food wrong

Just ordered a Cobb zalad and cheddar bites, the Cobb zalad didn't have eggs the main reason I wanted the Cobb, and the cheddar bites had virtually no cheese in them

Drive thru order number 90183752. Ordered Zensation Zalad with grilled chicken. I received a Zensation Zalad with a mix of grilled chicken and fried chicken. No utensils in my bag. They truly seemed to not care, and rushed the order, all the while with pleasant and courteous service. Somebody is not paying attention.

Got to restaurant and was told nothing was ready. Waited and watched other people come through the drive thru get there orders and when I walked in the guy fixing the food was eating fries over the area where they supposed to fix plates. I asked the young lady for a refund.

Charged me for white cheddar bites and after waiting a full 15 minutes they informed me they 'ran out' they gave us fried pickles, but by the time I had waited 30 minutes all the food was cold. When I got home I realized there was NO CHICKEN in the kids meal and they didn't give me a drink. I called them but they answered and hung up. Absolutely awful. Will never return.
