Fuego steakhouse and grill

Had an amazing night with my kid for dinner. Food was amazing, my server Martha was the best. Her smile and energy was top notch. Other servers helped and just made the night special for my daughter. Ps get dessert!

We tried this for the first time the other night. I was very excited about a good steak and all the reviews were so good. My husband had a chicken and pineapple dish, which was delicious. He also had the loaded potato casserole which was very cold. He had to ask for his salad, our server went to look for it, when she brought it out she said she took it from someone else because she didn’t know where his was. Odd comment, but it was very busy and I’m sure she was stressed I ordered a ribeye, it didn’t look like any steak I’ve had before. It was almost white and very cold, I did take a bite and it was just inedible. Waitress never came and asked if everything was ok. At one point se walked by with a chocolate drink, my husband asked what it was, she didn’t know but said we could go to the table of the person who ordered it and ask for a sip. At this point I just wanted to leave, when we asked for our check, waitress kept asking if we wanted dessert, never bothered to ask if the food was ok even though it wasn’t eaten. We declined dessert and had to wait at least 15 minutes for a check. When we were done paying and getting ready to leave the boy that seated us came and asked if everything was ok, which was very sweet, sounds minor but always appreciated when eating at a restaurant. He was very sweet, I did tell him the issues we had, which I didn’t even list all of them on her, he was very apologetic and kind. We appreciated his concern and kindness, unfortunately this was our first and last time we’ll eat here

Waiter was very attentive and polite. Drinks were refilled promptly. Everyone who cooks ends up with a bad dinner sometimes, I hope my experience was a one time fluke. The rarer steak and the well done steak was mixed up and served to the wrong person. One steak had a lot of fat and gristle. Baked potato was served cold. No bread was served and even after we ask for bread early on, it wasn’t served until almost the end of the meal. The buttered toasted Texas Toast had a funny taste. We couldn’t eat it. How does one mess up buttered bread? The salad was good. The potato casserole wasn’t to me, but others might like it. Truthfully, it wasn’t worth the cost of the meal.

Food was amazing. The burger was decent but that was on me I usually don't enjoy fried onions on a burger. The potatoes cararol was the bomb. And so was the chicken teriyaki. Will be back for sure.

Made reservations for a large party but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate because they had given someone else our tables. We had elderly with us who were unable to stand for long durations and they have nowhere for people to wait.

Food was awesome would go back when in the area. Grilled Shrimp and Asparagus and grilled honey glazed Brussel sprouts were awesome. Wife had Salmon and grilled Asparagus and loaded potato.

It popped up on my Google map I had to try was close by, the food is really good I had the fuego burger, spicy and sweet loved it. We had a sweet server who never let the drink go empty and always talked for a min with us thank you. Loved the band playing and will be coming back again

Food was ok, some of the food arrived cold, but it's nice to have a menu with different options. Staff was friendly and attentive, but then again there wasnt anyone in the restaurant. I think keeping all the food hot and fresh would make it more acceptable.

Our food was excellent and the staff was even better. We came late as we were traveling through and they were very friendly, fast and took great care of us. And the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back if we're in the area again.

Had the Philly cheese steak for lunch with the baked potato casserole. The sandwich was exactly like the ones I've had in Philadelphia, PA and it was excellent! The baked potato casserole was delicious as well. The service was also great. Thanks for a delicious lunch.

We had the New York strip ,ribeye,and chicken. We ordered the steaks med, came to us well done (hard to chew) the chicken was also tough. Salad and dressing dressing had no taste. The baked potato was cold, wouldn't even melt the small butter squares, and no bread served with meal. Definitely not worth the price of our meals. We did have good service and the tea and cheese cake were good!
