Fuego steakhouse and grill

We sat down and ordered drinks, but the margaritas took nearly 20 minutes to arrive. The Classic Margarita was very sour and didn’t taste good. When it came time to order, my uncle told the waitress, “Us two will be on a ticket,” but she responded that everything would be split at the end. (Talking about my aunt and him)
When our food came out, everyone received their meals except my parents. The waitress explained that their order was accidentally left off because it was listed on the second page and not rung into the kitchen. She apologized and offered them a free dessert. Unfortunately, this mistake meant my parents weren’t able to eat with the rest of us.
As for the food itself, the steak was good, but the baked potato was hard. Once everyone finally finished eating, we realized the waitress never brought the check, we had to specifically ask for it. When the checks finally came, they were incorrect. My entrée was listed on someone else’s bill, while another person’s entrée appeared on mine. Although that was corrected, my sister’s ticket was still wrong because she was charged for an extra soda.
If splitting the checks at the end was going to cause so many issues, it would have been much easier for the waitress to separate them at the beginning as requested.
Overall, this is easily one of the worst places my family and I had ever visited.

Absolutely great place! We stopped for dinner while traveling south on a motorcycle, was raining, alot! Dinner was so good, staff were very kind! We’d eat there regularly if we lived nearby! Great job!!!

One of the best steaks I have had in a while! The service was amazing and our waitress was top notch. If you're in the area or just near by, don't miss out on this Gem. I'll be stopping back, guaranteed.

This place is great. Inviting setting, music is the perfect volume, service is great and very attentive, very clean and the food is fabulous. The crème brûlée is awesome. Awesome enough that my 12 year old asked for it on our second visit.

My husband and I had never heard of this place before and we were traveling through so we thought we would give it a try. Michelle was our server and she was absolutely amazing!! She was very attentive with the best personality And had many great suggestions for my husband and I. It’s so nice to know that people like her exist and care. I cannot say enough about her and the way she made us laugh.
We will definitely be going back again!
