I've now waited 2 separate days back to back over 45 minutes in the drive thru to get food. When I come for breakfast it's always messed up. They messed up my dinner last night. If blountsville had another option this place wouldn't even be open. Still long waits and the girl at the window rude as all get out.

I have order chicken tenders,told them I can not eat hard,over cook cicken.well that's what I got when I got home,plus they had shorted me a fry and cheeseburger.I call and told them.but they wanted me to do all this online stuff.which j don't do.so no more Jack's in oneonta al.

Disappointed at the staleness of my meal. There is a great need for hamburgers and other meals to be fixed when ordered, at least the hold over time should be lessened. Food is too expensive now for a person not to be able to eat it.
My honey mustard was open and spilled out on everything! The chicken was dried out and impossible to eat!

Went through the DT this morning . The man taking the order was rude. I arrived to the window and he just gave me my total no type of greet. He then basically just swung the bag out of the window and says here you go. I literally ordered a butter biscuit with strawberry jelly. I check my bag .. no jelly . I mean how difficult is it to put an item in my bag. It appeared as he was forced to be there.

Has to many young people that don't what's on the menu. Ordered a cheeseburger platter and the girl at the drive through said they didn't have. Went inside and the manager found it on the menu. The person making the orders had to ask what was on it. Sad Jack's has so many young people working that don't do their jobs right and has bad attitudes making Jack's go down.
In my opinion fast food no longer exist. Not just this Jack's but all burger joints. The drive through is backed up and inside service suffers because of it. Come on managers staff enough people to serve your partons.
