the past 4 times i’ve gone through the drive thru, i have ordered the 4 piece chicken finger combo with honey mustard. every single time i get shorted a chicken finger and there is barely any sauce in the cup and im charged for the 4 piece on my receipt. drinks are always watery and taste flat too.

The last few times I have went for my food I get the wrong stuff or I don’t get my full order so I have to go back. Today I went and got gravy and biscuit and the gravy was watery and not good enough to eat. The biscuit was too soggy to eat because of how watery the gravy was. I don’t know what has happened they always try to fix to the issue which is nice but the food the last few months have not been well

Since Jacks opened in Blountsville they haven't got my order correct once. French Fries are full of grease and looks like they've been sitting all day.
Normally this Jack’s location is fairly decent but tonight was a disaster. My husband went to pick up our dinner. He ordered two country fried steak with gravy dinners - no it’s not on the menu but they always have it and we got it a couple weeks ago - one dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw one with mashed potatoes and green beans. When got it home it was two fried chicken dinners, one had mashed potatoes and green beans, the other green beans and coleslaw. The chicken was so spicy we couldn’t eat it due to health issues. We threw both dinners in the garbage and ate sandwiches. IIn their defense there was some methhead or Karen in the line hanging out of her car window yelling about something, she turned off her car and it wouldn’t crank again. Two employees had to come out and push the car to clear the drive thru. Hopefully it will be better next time.

People were walking around like they don't know what they r doing. The lady in front line was taking way to many orders to keep with them all. Kept loosing people's orders. 3 people in front of me was waiting for there order for 30 min an it was sitting on the shelf the whole
Already went downhill bad since Luke left. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and the entire staff was yelling at customers and slinging food everywhere on the counters the whole time. Couldn't believe some of the things they were saying to customers. Very unclean as well.
