The food was just ok. Definitely not worth $9 for just a 6 inch sub. Plus, the server was just a bit too friendly to my minor granddaughter.

The guy put the least amount of vegetables on my sandwich as I've ever seen it probably about a third of what is normal. Also they had all these signs everywhere about sandwiches being couponed. Which were just super confusing and I don't know why they need so many signs about coupons.

I ordered sub. Was starving. They hardly put any thing on it. A couple slivers of lettuce, tomato and onions. The quality was awful and I thought, I will not be back. I really feel sorry for the place in Blountscille Alabama. I really don't know how they are going to make it. The person working was nice. Fast food places and stores have really deteriorated. Quality has gone out the door.

Ordered my food thru the app, paid for it, got here 20 minutes later to find the store was closed with a handwritten sign laying on the ground that said closed until 5pm…. There’s no way to request a refund.

They double charged me and refused to give me my money back even with me showing them where it was taken out twice. Owner was so hateful. Pay cash if you eat here this has happened twice( I work right beside it so it WAS convenient) I learned my lesson.

Food is good and customer service is okay at best, for the Blountsville area it is very good due to the lack of competition. Generally a go to for me and my friends. Occasionally they will mess up a mobile order but not to the extent to where I would complain. Only real complaint is the owner refuses a lot of coupons that are supposed to be available to all stores but that is understandable when looking at the situation from a business managment position.
