The owners and Jessica are amazing! We come often and they are always accommodating. The food is great. The golf simulators are fun. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a night out or just try a different restaurant that’s local here in Boaz.

The blond waitress was extremely accommodating to our transition in changing from three bays to two. She could have charged us for three, but a large portion of our party were unable to attend.
As a local business owner, I can appreciate the difficulties in completely satisfying some customers, even they are in error, or frustrated due to uncontrollably circumstances.
The meal was amazing! The meal service was exceptional, and we even ordered off menu and they obliged. I will definitely be supporting a fellow local business owner in the burden of exceptional service in a critical venture, by leaving a 5 star. I wish there were a way to leave a 10 star, they deserve it!

lies about having another waitress come in for our party, ( we never saw more than 2 people up front) also lies saying that numerous people wanted to reserve a bay after telling them “no they were booked for a party” when we were there no one else was there till almost a hour and a half. maybe ONE couple walked in since we were in. no instructions were clear on driving range mode or actual simulator till 45 minutes in after we had a numerous amount of issues in the beginning. would not book for a party unless u expect to pay for everyone. which is expensive. (not sure if they split, didn’t give us a option so hopefully they do for the future) The issue i have is if you have a strict policy on booking bays, allowing reservations, not having the same amount of people show up as the reservation says YOU as a business need to make that clear OVER THE PHONE when reserving. and if there was a server who “came in just for our party” that’s not our fault you made that decision. as a business owner myself you shouldn’t have anyone come in till reservation were paid for in advance. You guys can respond with a mile long paragraph again, but this is just a warning for someone planning a party, big or small.

golfing itself is fun, the simulator is very cool and lots of options to choose from. staff not so sure. we got there for a reservation, no one really went in depth on how everything worked till about 45 minutes in. which it’s not just self explanatory. our server made us pay for both bays even though we explained that we only needed one. so spending 100$ more was not a great experience and will not be coming back. there was no need for us to pay for 2 bays when there was 5 people. “you’ve already reserved this bay”- blonde server. so beware. food was decent .

He had such a good time and very much felt good and not embarrassed for not being great and having the help he needed from the owner of explaining how the simulator worked and how to play again.
