I paid $7 got a chicken sandwich. I specifically ask the guy at the drive thru if the chicken was fresh. I told him that eating out was expensive but it’s frustrating if the food isn’t fresh or cold. He politely replied “yea ma’am” When I opened the sandwich the chicken was so old it was swiveled up. It was cold and not edible. I regret not looking before I left.
Frustrating to waste $7 and still needing lunch.

People were rude, maybe it was just night shift. Got a French dip meal, a main part is the au jus sauce, didn’t inform anyone they were out until I turned all the way back around. Asked for sauces for the rest of the food, got none. Got sides with no silverware. Got two cheesy bacon burgers(asked the lady what came on it) literally called the cheesy bacon and there was no bacon on either sandwich. Not impressed at all.

Roast beef was a little too pink for me to eat it all. Lady brought food out to me, which was nice because I am disabled.
Also, can someone do something about the entrance into the lot. It is like driving through a big pothole. While you are fixing it, can you do something about the drainage going towards the handicap ramp. Photo concluded, but I'd be really pissed off about to drive my wheelchair through all this water

The food was excellent it's also good to have coupons to be by and purchase your food with house only was great but need to be more direct contact and have their dining room more brighter looks a little gloomy but very nice anyway.

We ordered through door dash tonight . The food was terrible. It was cold and not worth eating. No Arby’s sauce in bag no straws . Will not be going back to place. It stinks!!!! They will not answer the phone probably afraid of what peoples going to say.

Probably the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. Literally every single time I go they never have anything and if they do have what you want it’s gonna taste terrible with a nice 20 minute wait.

The team had absolutely amazing work ethics, working and staying busy the entire time we were there dining. This place has got to be the worse Arby’s I have ever visited. The time before tonight our order was wrong and missing items. The time before that the food was cold/ old or something wasn’t worth eating. This time food was cold also missing items we when the ask young man working the window just double checking if everything was there and he said yes we also ask for sauces he said it’s all in the bag…. Guess what! Only had 3 honey mustards. Wish I knew how to contact the owner.

Service was slow. Took like 10 mins before we were able place our order. Then the cashier was acting like we were a bother to her. Won't be going back to this particular Arby's.
