I am absolutely impressed by this business. The employees were happy to serve and seemed to really care about their job along with working really hard to keep it clean and organized. The team had absolutely amazing work ethics, working and staying busy the entire time we were there dining. The manager was very professional and enthusiastic about her customer service and managing her team. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Service was slow. Took like 10 mins before we were able place our order. Then the cashier was acting like we were a bother to her. Won't be going back to this particular Arby's.

Arab Location/Experience was Much Better. Boaz Experience Not So Great. Did Not Want Us, Table for Two, Dining in Since They Would be Closing in an Hour and a Half. We Informed Them That We Would Only Take 20 Minutes. They Threw Our Food Together Sloppily and The Atmosphere was Uninviting. We Even Cleaned Our Table Before Leaving and Didn’t Get a “ Thank You, Come Again “ Response. We Left With Plenty of Time for Them to Perform Their Closing Routines. We Were Not Inconsiderate.
