Waited 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches at 2 for $4 & tots & OJ. Someone must have failed to come to work. Did they even try to get someone from their store or another store....to come in? Two staff members took breaks while we were there. They did not try to help during the breakfast rush. Our food was warm; not hot...edible.I wished that I had waited to go to the one further down the road. We have always had good service there. We were as usual tourists just passing through.Update 2023:The drive through cashier was super friendly, professional and accommodating. The service was fast even though we altered our order.The fries were good. The two frozen drinks were okay and a good value.Oops, Wendy was super busy & understaffed, therefore I made the mistake of ordering two chicken sandwiches and two medium fries for about $7.00/ coupon from BK. I so forgot that BK chicken serves mixed minced chicken P A S T E versus real chicken parts like Chik-fil-a, which is closed on Sundays. Google or YouTube this topic of food paste chicken and God forbid food paste chicken nuggets at some fast food places. My bad. Forgot. 'Usually order burgers or breakfast from B.K not chicken! 'Which are G R E A T, great, when served promptly and hot.I gave 3 star for atmosphere b/c had gotten out of the car and walked up to lobby door to see notes stating that only the drive through was open.Also, until Google Maps, notified me for an UPDATE today, I did NOT recall that we had had very NEGATIVE experences here, in the past. Besides, we do NOT hold grudges. Staff and management are constantly changing at many businesses. This store seems to have persistent problems. Understandably tough hiring times that we now live.

Terrible service. Drive thru needs improvement and visible trash everywhere. Place is a dump plus couldn't go inside doors were locked. Don't eat here.

Severely under staffed i hope.? Out of numerous products, and the food was cold after 10min wait. No wonder jacks and Hardee's were back up with customers. I have went to bk for breakfast and lunch a couple of times this week its been the same every time. I WONT BE BACK.

Been forever that they do not open the inside and allow customers to sit .It's ONLY drive threw which for those wanting to eat in their vehicle or bring food home ok but what about those who do not want to eat in their car or what about those who do not own a car and want B.K for their meal?

It was disgusting! Service was slower than anything! Food was not how we ordered and cold. We use to love Burger King but it's just bad ? it's just not worth the money. Would NOT recommend at
Pull up, sign on the door says the dining room is open at 5:30am. We park, walk up doors locked. Employee at the drive in window never said a word as we approached. When asked after pulling g around to drive thru, they didn't staff enough employees to open the dinning area, no sign on the door to indicate that. We ordered 2 #1's, sausage, egg, cheese croissants w/ hashbrowns & drink. 1st, the hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked yesterday and the sandwiches not much better and thrown together. Burger King could probably staff more employees if they didn't give out huge amounts of salt & pepper, pic attached. Seems people have lost their pride in their jobs, whatever they may be, sad.
