Waited 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches at 2 for $4 & tots & OJ. Someone must have failed to come to work. Did they even try to get someone from their store or another store....to come in? Two staff members took breaks while we were there. They did not try to help during the breakfast rush. Our food was warm; not hot...edible.I wished that I had waited to go to the one further down the road. We have always had good service there. We were as usual tourists just passing through.Update...
So many bad reviews for these poor people! We had a giant online order, like it was good sized, we waited in drive thru for I'd say about 15-20 minutes during lunch on a Sunday, good number of peopleIn drive thru and also dining room! They had communication with us, two separate people checked on us, they brought out our order, very friendly person who brought us our order! They order was right and I don't know why people claim their food was cold cause ours was HOT!...
If you don't have the staff to run the drive through efficiently shut down! It took me 25 mins to go through the drove through and I ORDERED ON THE APP! If I could have canceled order I would have. You aren't doing yourselves any favors pissing people off!
