I went through the drive through amd the little girl at the window was rude, doesn't deserve a job, there was so much fudge caked up in my heath blizzard out was disgusting, everytime I get it there is NEVER fudge, apparently it is supposed to come with it, I asked for a remake because it isnt my fault it was made differently, she said NO REAL HATEFUL, and said I should of told her I didn't want it. Last time I checked she was not the manager, and didnt have that right!! It was made wrong the 1,000 times before and this one time they could have taken it off considering... She's hateful, shouldn't be dealing with people, and I'm in management and my people KNOW BETTER!! Do better DQ

Dairy Queen in Boaz Alabama is pathetic! I went in last Wednesday morning today is Friday! I wanted to order my daughter a birthday cake! She does not like regular cake or pies! I wanted to get something special for her because she's been through a lot and going through a lot! So I go to the Boaz Alabama dairy Queen and I ordered this cake tell him what all I want what size what I want on it specifics with how to spell her name and everything. I was assured that it would be ready by today she said 10:30 I said I would be there at 11:00. I get there at 11:00 today and I asked about my cake and a woman comes out of the back with the ticket and says I am so sorry but this did not get turned in to be made! Of course I said some choice words because this is just ridiculous! And I said exactly what am I supposed to do now? She says well I can have our cake maker come in and make you a cake but it won't be ready until tonight! I said that's unacceptable because I had plans to give the cake to my daughter today so that she can enjoy it today on her birthday! And all I can get was well I'm sorry! But let's backtrack a little bit the day that I ordered it on Wednesday there was two people sitting in the restaurant eating no one was at the counter and I waited for 10 minutes for three staff members standing over at the drive-thru window gossiping to finally come and wait on me! This is absolutely ridiculous is the only word I can think of for a place that is famous for making ice cream cakes and treats that cannot make sure in two and a half days that a cake is made! I was not offered another cake at a discount or anything else for my trouble! All I got was a stupid I'm sorry! I will not go back to that dairy Queen and I will tell everybody that I can about how I was treated! (Btw i have read other reviews for here and the majority are like mine.) They also give the same generic response! They don't care! !

I went thru drive thru and order 3 of the $7 meal deal the chicken strips. Our food was cold and fries was cold we order 2 gravy dip sauce and 2 ranch only 1 gravy and 1 ranch was in one box. It so pathetic that now these days you can’t get hot fresh food around here anymore, our chicken strips was small not even enough meat to eat it. I really hope a manager reaches out to me. I didn’t spend $26 with change for cold food

Okay. I NEVER leave reviews. I have never left a bad review actually. I’ve worked food service; therefore, my empathy and patience for fast food is beyond. However, everytime I come to this Dairy Queen something is messed up. I always try to give benefit of the doubt but it’s getting kind of crazy. Not to mention at the window they are always rude and side eyeing. I crave Dairy Queen and so I always go back. I go with my boyfriend everytime and he always tells me something is messed up. Alas it is, but I’ve had enough. This time we ordered two blizzards: the cotton candy and the Superman with a marshmallow core. His blizzard was not filled all the way up and mine didn’t have a core. They heard him say it doesn’t have a core and then put a little on top. I know this is dramatic but it’s EVERYTIME “just don’t go back” the ice cream is so good and we never complain at the window. We always have decent human behaviors. I just thought whoever could be out there reading this should know to just go to sonic.
Ordered food and took them forever to get it ready. We were the only people in side the restaurant at the time. I’m not a happy camper with the service.
