Add 30 minutes minimum to any order ready time. Sat at window for 14 minutes before even being greeted only to be told the order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago is just now going in the oven and that it would be another 30 minutes. Owmer/Management really needs to be reading these comments and responding to the issues that customers are bringing up.

I ordered a Handmade Pan crust but received a regular crust. Per Domino's it's because the dough & the pan was too cold so the dough didn't rise like it should have. No credit offered even tho I paid extra

This Dominos is abhorrent. My app told me my pizza would be ready in 50 minutes max. I waited that full time only to be told I would need to wait another hour and a half to two hours before I would get my food. The manager was rude and didn’t care. He just said yeah they are busy. He didn’t offer any way to make it better. To make things worse, Dominos is keeping my money for 5 business days before they will give me my refund. This is completely unacceptable. This is a terrible business. Get pizza from a local spot instead. Bootleggers, Pricilla’s, Mater’s, they are all better and will actually get your food to you on time.

Places an order online paid for the order online. Get to the window a the first question I was asked is well is it paid for how about you look at the ticket and find out be my guess. Second when your busy an I’m looking at you through the glass a you just look at me while you stand an do nothing really. Third tell me to move an park an you will bring it out noo no you put my order on a shelve an make me wait another 15 mins I have to come into the store to find my order sitting there while half your stuff are crammed in the office talking an cutting up. Last off if your going to have stuff with long hair you need to be wearing a dang hair net I don’t want to pull ginger hair out of my freaking throat so thanks for that. By far the customer service is below par.

The fastest pizza crew around! Sometimes, they can get a little busy, causing wait times to increase. Like on Friday and Saturday nights, but that's to be expected anywhere! Always try to place orders an hour or two early during busy times, and there will be no hassle most the time. Also if you don't mind a late night order on Thursday Friday or Saturday nights, they always seem to be extra fresh after 8:30pm/9pm. And please remember, pizza isn't technically fast food. It's always best to schedule a time to pick it up anyways. I know a pizza shop in Summerville Alabama that you have to order a whole 24 hrs in advance 😆

This has always been a very good dominos! Any time I have ordered here using the app it always gets made really quickly and fresh. Over 6 years of doing business with them I’ve never had a problem. That’s saying a lot. Keep up the great work.

I tried to place an order on line, it was an automated phone number, I could not even get them to understand my order! I finally asked to transferred to someone in the Boaz store, was then transferred to another automated number! I finally hung up!
