First negative review for Hardee's. Raw dough in my biscuit. Do better

They always make sure to promptly get my food out. I like to go in the lobby. It's easier to me than using their drive thru Always curious to know if there is anything else they can do for me. Not a very busy place. Deserves a lot more attention. Hardee's burgers have always been the bomb anyways. A lot are shutting down in other places. We gotta keep them alive y'all! I hear their breakfast is amazing too. Just haven't had it since I was a young child of like 9 years old

It was amzing there Service was nice and fast a little and there foid taste good. Inside was clean and smell like idk like smelled good. I would go back again and eat there and honestly 10/10 good job Hardee's.

Love the food but it is very expensive for a quick breakfast.
Vegetarian options: If they'd lower the prices I'd eat there every morning. They are definitely losing business because of that.
Dietary restrictions: They do have protein options.
I went thru the drive thru and the man who took my order was so pleasant in the morning. He genuinely enjoyed his job. And I complimented his joyful attitude. I love seeing such zeal these days. And the bec bisquit was delicious!

This morning, Samantha took my order and provided exceptional customer service. She noticed I had a baby with me and saw that my hands were full. Thinking quickly, she went the extra mile and grabbed a large bag to help me gather everything. Small acts of kindness like this truly make a difference and contribute to a better world. Thank you, Samantha and Boaz Hardee’s, for my breakfast and the fantastic service as we head back home to Tallahassee, FL 🫶🏽

Twice I ordered a HOT ham and cheese both times cheese wasn't even me and ham was cold so ended up paying $6.00 for a basic cold ham sandwich. How hard is it to use a microwave 😡

My monster biscuit was missing the egg and tasted like perfume. The hash browns were soggy and Dr pepper tasted moldy like the machine isn't being cleaned or cleaned properly

Cinnamon roll is hard and cold. It taste like it's old maybe made yesterday stored and reserved! Money wasted and it sucks especially in this economy where food is so over priced! Can't we customers just jave hot food that we pay for?
