We recently ordered a family box of fried chicken w/two sides the service was good the order was on time for pick up however we were so disappointed with the food it was inedible the chicken was hard ,dry no flavor the Cole slaw slimy old taste and the biscuits were so dry n hard after a bite of each we threw it all out a wasted $25. I’m sorry yall sell old dried out food we probably will never be back .

We used to love this Jack's. We haven't eaten here in a while because of continual issues with the food and service. Cold food, wrong orders, rude staff, biscuits are just terrible now. Decided to try them again today because of their new BLT. Bread was barely toasted. It advertises six strips of bacon, but there was only three and didn't even cover the bread. Food was cold, including the fries. It was so bad that all I ate was the fries. I'm just done with this Jack's.

Food was absolutely disgusting and chicken was dry, before I even made it out to 431 I had throwed up 2 times and have throwed up ever since I’ve been home, and the food smelt like old greese and was cold

My husband and I are originally from the area however we reside in Pensacola currently. We are in town for our son’s wedding and grabbed a quick breakfast to begin our hectic day. One single gravy side of ham, double side of ham and egg. We received two orders of ham and egg and one double gravy in drive through. Realized it and my husband went back in to get it changed. The manager argued with male employee even though we had receipt. They give us replacement, when I pulled ham out it had a piece of egg sitting on top. I’m deathly allergic to egg so I called to ask her to coach her team they’re not paying attention that I didn’t want anything except to let her know and she was rude and asked if I wanted them to run a piece of ham out to me. I am a retail district manager for a restaurant chain and never would I allow my managers to speak to our guests the she did me. Stay away and go to Hardees everyone they’re quicker and better customer service.

We was there on 10/05/24 at 5:00 p.m. ther was 2 car in the drive through. 3 people working and they never took our order was waited 10 minutes . 2 people came in behind us and left shortly after us. I love Jack's but boaz jack' s was a joke yesterday. You either needed more people or someone in charge.
