Today visited KFC Boaz Branch and was highly disappointed...my food was old and barely warm and it looked like it was saved from yesterday , nothing was made when ordered by no means...if your going to charge me an arm and a leg at least make the food edible ..I do nit recommend eating here period.

My wife and I walked in and the guy in the back look at me and walked off on his phone. The Associate in the front would not make fresh chicken. Poor service and customer service will not be back.

Do better, KFC!!! I really really really miss the days when restaurants took a little pride in themselves they used to at least try... No one was happy with today's visit. Everyone complained, not that it matters🙃
This was one of the worst times ever. Wait 23 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken . Then it gets done we still have to wait on tators. We was watching them Stand around and talk . I can see why people stop going there.

if you get 30 min for lunch you can't go to ofc boaz had 5 cars wating on there food in the drive thru window all paid and had to wait in the other patking lot . bad management again.

Paid $48 for a bucket meal. Had to pull up because they told me too. Biscuits were very hard. Macaroni and cheese was old and clumpy.

Just spent $25 for trash. Everything cooked in old grease. Served old mac and cheese. 8 piece nuggets that were dried and gray looking. Absolutely baffled how they are still open. Do not go here unless you just like wasting your money and eating garbage.

I sat in my vehicle to place my order. However, my patience was tested as I waited for over 20 minutes without success. Despite the minimal crowd of only two other customers in the ordering process, including one individual behind me, I was repeatedly asked to wait. This level of service is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of regard for efficient customer care.

The chicken pot pie was delicious. I had never had a chicken sandwich from KFC before so I tried it today. It was a big piece, but it tasted like it was a little old like maybe it had been under a heat lamp and was not fresh. I will inquire about the freshness next time. Other than that it was fixed perfectly and I love the buns and french fries and sweet tea. The drive thru guys were really nice with clear voices. Boaz, AL

It was a horrible experience. All I wanted was two pieces of chicken and a biscuit and he told me it would take 5 minutes to pull into the parking lot. I was the only customer there and it took 25 minutes and all three teenager employees was in there on their phone because I was watching through the window nobody was cooking chicken. I will never go back to another KFC. Good luck on your next trip
