Meh not the best asked for ketchup for 30 sliders she gave me 2 packets lol. What am I gonna do with that? Sliders were overly soggy and Onions were under cooked while the fries were over cooked. If you want sliders your probably better off getting the frozen ones from Walmart then this Krystals. Or if you want a burger go to any other fast food place in town.

Talk about a small fry!!! Got the 5 for how ever much it was off of the menu. Got 4 cheese Krystals ( was delicious), then got the small fry....HAD 9 fries in the bag. WOW.. if we weren't late getting somewhere, we would have gone back. Check your small fries, dad gum tariffs.

Very very unprofessional they don’t pay attention literally just me and another person in the drive thru and they messed up everything i ordered but the corn pup and then they didn’t want to fix any of it because there again they messed up and did not give me a receipt so we literally just had to go to get food from elsewhere they disgust me with how they “run” a restaurant 🤮

Apparently standing patiently outside menu board 7 minutes before they open bothers them. No rush was anticipated nor did I try and knock on window. But that's fine, they'll jus be the next fast food restaurant to leave boaz due to bad service

Got food poisoning off the fries which tasted like lemon.
Best krystal I've had in years. Chiks are enormous! Usually get two because of size everywhere else but only need one here. Passenger scored a chik. Seriously don't expect much from Krystal anymore and rarely stop in elsewhere. This little location restored my appreciation of the brand. I'll return here as I'm often in the area!

They could not prepare the chicken sliders as we have gotten them before. They didn't advise us of this until we had paid. Dogs loved the sandwiches ?

I ordered the cheese Krystals and two Krystal Pups. The buns on my pups were terrible and dried out. The quality was lacking. If they are going to charge that much for such little amount of food, it needs to be right.

Careful. They like to substitute things without your input, will give you the wrong drink sizes, and the wrong drinks. Don't ask for it to be fixed cause the manager will get hateful with ya!
Hate to see this Krystal get shut down, but looks like they're going to if they keep this up.
5-18-24; Still giving it a one star since they obviously like to keep the managers that are the problems and that have been caught multiple times yelling at their employees. I honestly thought that particular manager was gone, and since then had noticed not only the service has been good but so has been the food!
Well, going back today, I see that they still have the ‘Dragon Lady’ and the food quality, once again, has went right back down the drain. 🙄
