Couldn't understand a word she said at the intercom . Got to the window and it was like children of the corn all over again.. thought the food might actually surprise me and be good . Nope. Burgers had no flavor. Fries were hot but oily Hot dogs were terrible . Chili tasted burnt

Went to order and heard nothing but yelling and arguing through the speaker also took about 20 mins to get our food. The manager was told of what happened but to me that's a bad place to be employed at when the manager allows that to go on

Decided to grab some food before work. I ordered the Junkyard Fries, with no Jalapeños. The lady at the speaker was a little rude, and pushy. My food comes out the window with Jalapeños on it and my drink was spilled all down the side of the cup. Will not be coming back.

If I could do a half star, I would. I went to get dinner tonight, ordered $60 of food, waited 15 min, got to the window, and we went through a round of different cards from different banks because they were declining. He says that they were having issues earlier with their machine and to drive back around to see if cards behind me would go through, so I did. I waited another 15-20 min. I watched the other cars go through, get their food. I got back to me, and he says their cards went through, after I just watched both cars pay with cash. There are definitely other ways for an establishment to say they can only take cash because their machine is messed and it for sure doesn’t include waiting for over 30 minutes for nothing. The manager should have come up and explained. I went to Sonic, and the first card went through no problem (same price), the hop was super nice, and I waited no longer than 10 minutes.

Krystal has gone to crap!! There is more onions on the burger then anything else. You can see through patty. They must have been out of mustard too. Very disappointed. Cashier was nice and polite .

I pulled in at 9:01 pm on a Tuesday. The open sign was on, lights were on inside, traffic cones blocking the drive thru and I'm assuming a worker hanging out in their vehicle! Highly disappointed to have driven out of the way to be turned away!

Meh not the best asked for ketchup for 30 sliders she gave me 2 packets lol. What am I gonna do with that? Sliders were overly soggy and Onions were under cooked while the fries were over cooked. If you want sliders your probably better off getting the frozen ones from Walmart then this Krystals. Or if you want a burger go to any other fast food place in town.
