I honestly do not like eating at Mexican restaurants since i easily get sick by from it but when i drove by and passed by and i decided to take the risk and honestly it was the best experience i ever took and food was awesome and i’d love to come back but this is far from home sadly, hell i’d love to have this for lunch everyday for work 😂💪🏼

We had steak taco salads. The steak, while plentiful was tough. I recommend the chicken taco salad or beef. Food was hot and to go prepared quickly. Service was great and friendly.

Longest wait for our food at any Hispanic Restaurant I have ever been too. They were not in a dinner peak therefore there weren’t very many patrons eating. Waited way longer than expected causing us to run late with our agenda. The food was not good. Flaming cheese had very little cheese, nor was it hot.

mistakenly ordered the cheese dip and chips. the cheese dip looks vile like something is wrong with it. the chips were stale and despite ordering multiple dips, i only received one tiny bag of chips. very disappointed, happily not returning. the staff was a nightmare even for an online order. do not waste your time, money, or energy on a place without pride.

They will charge you 20 bucks for chips and salsa. If you say hey last time I came you didn't give me enough chips I don't want to have to go to Dollar general and get more chips they will point you to the chip prices. Then when they bring the chips they will give you the smallest bag they have and only one of them last time I got three this time they went even further. The guy said this good? Well let me tell you last time the chips were super stale anyways. Even worse than the chips was that guy's goatee. Seems like he's keeping the chips all for himself by the look of it. They had another owner guy that hangs out at the other one now I guess this guy is too annoying for him. Overpriced food let's see how villa fiesta does next time instead of this dump. Going there for their chips today! Much more reasonable prices! Plus the workers won't taint your food if you complain! This looks disgusting throwing this slop away and asking door dash for a refund!

I have left great reviews on this location in the past, I have deleted them due to my visit today. I ordered the burrito verde as I usually do, and the chicken was cold. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, I was finally able to flag someone down after waiting 6 minutes searching for a waiter. They did reheat the plate for me but I still could not eat it after that. I'm not sure what was wrong with their chicken, but it seems like if you go after 3 or 4:00 p.m. before the dinner bustle, they just feed you cold lunch leftovers. I have always loved eating here, but after today I will need to find a new Mexican establishment. I paid nearly $20 and could not eat that slop. They could have at least tried to meet me halfway considering they only reheated it, pico and everything, and it still wasn't edible. What happened Los arcos? They must be under New Management because I'm shocked at the food and the service compared to every other pleasant visit I've had there.
