Would give negative 3 stars if I could. Did 2 online orders through the app for a pickup time of 7:30. Waited 20 minutes to get my food because no one knew what they were doing. Got ice cold food which was thrown away. Went to Jack's. Contacted customer support and was offered a free cheeseburger and small shake...said No, just give me a refund. They gave me a partial refund, this location is horrible, won't go back.

Every time I go there's young teenagers always running around without parents they have their loud truck just ramming the motors up. Id rather take the drive to albertville then stay and be disrespected by these kids. Even some of the workers dont like it. And local police wont do nothing about it.

Drink order was wrong and not marked. Food was disgusting, and barely thrown together. All was in one bag, and not marked either. All but one sandwich out of four was hard to tell apart even though they were all different. Fries were old and hard, completely inedible. Was the worse Sonic experience in all the times we've stopped in there.

When exhaled near food, these substances can settle on surfaces and potentially be ingested by others. .You can just imagine what else they are doing there that us customers will never know!! I wouldn't recommend. I'm currently here and it's 8:30 on June 22. They are allowing non workers in the store. They are around food customers have paid for without gloves helping their selves. The FDA needs to step in!! Ridiculous
