Placed order and sat there for almost 40 minutes, no one ever came out so made the decision and left. Apparently they cannot keep workers at this location because I have never waited LESS than 20-25 minutes for even the simplest of orders. This location will be closing like the rest of the fast food businesses in Boaz due to number of employees and the horrible quality of the food you do finally receive.

Went today to boaz sonic got my order carhop kayla was very rude when she finally came back with my receipt she put a sticker on my chip on my debit card so I can not use my debit card I will have to get a new card from my bank

New to this area I heard about this place so I decided to order the footlong chilly cheese dog and mozzarella sticks.. I can assure you stick the the moz sticks even if they are cold!!! Worst dog in the world! First bite was tougher than deer meat! Like ew.. And the math doesn't math I paid it but NEVER AGAIN

Ordered a Large ocean water @11:25 p.m and have yet to get it and here it is 11:55 p.m , another car pulled up and ordered food and got their order before I got my drink. Will never get my local support ever again, I’ll be going to albertville sonic from now on.

Would give negative 3 stars if I could. Did 2 online orders through the app for a pickup time of 7:30. Waited 20 minutes to get my food because no one knew what they were doing. Got ice cold food which was thrown away. Went to Jack's. Contacted customer support and was offered a free cheeseburger and small shake...said No, just give me a refund. They gave me a partial refund, this location is horrible, won't go back.
Every time I go there's young teenagers always running around without parents they have their loud truck just ramming the motors up. Id rather take the drive to albertville then stay and be disrespected by these kids. Even some of the workers dont like it. And local police wont do nothing about it.

Drink order was wrong and not marked. Food was disgusting, and barely thrown together. All was in one bag, and not marked either. All but one sandwich out of four was hard to tell apart even though they were all different. Fries were old and hard, completely inedible. Was the worse Sonic experience in all the times we've stopped in there.

Wondering why it seems like no one cares about the fact that the manager at Boaz Al Sonic is vaping inside the kitchen while food is being made!!! They thought we would eat the food they made while this guy was smoking there??? Did he really not think about food contamination? The vapor produced by e-cigarettes contains a complex mixture of chemicals, including propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, flavorings, and oftentimes nicotine. When exhaled near food, these substances can settle on surfaces and potentially be ingested by others. .You can just imagine what else they are doing there that us customers will never know!! Told them to refund my money and drove away. Might be people who do not care about it what happens in the kitchen where their food is made but I do and that is why I posted this so everyone can choose do they want contaminated food or clean.
