Simply the best tamales! I live in Ohio and travel to Boaz for work. When I'm here, I always hit Speedy Gonzales. I love their tacos, the affordability, and the staff is always great too. They don't make tamales this good in the north. Just don't do it. I'd post a picture but that tamale is already gone!
Absolutely fabulous! They haven't changed at all regarding food quality, value and portion sizes since moving into a beautiful bigger location (awhile back). The food is carefully prepared in a style that feels like it was made from family recipes in a home kitchen. EVERYTHING is good. Now days, it doesn't even seem worth eating out because food is so-so, thrown together, delivered with little customer service or appreciation for your business. GO HERE. You will be delighted...
I’ve been going here for years! I’ve loved it every time i’ve eaten there. You get your full moneys worth and the food is just amazing. The proportions are a ten out of ten. Also the friendliness of the people there is amazing.
