Stood waiting for someone to recognize us to take our order for 10 minutes. Several workers milling around never acknowledged us. Observed one employee attempt to prepare a frosty for someone standing and waiting since before we got there. That employee filled three and threw them in the trash before getting it right for that customer. Noticed a few less than sanitary actions before deciding to just leave as it was not looking good. This location has been good before, hopefully it will be again before the well done refresh of the facilities need it again.

We eat here at least once a week. (Especially due to my son being autistic and chicken nuggets are his safe food). Every time Debbie is there we dread it. Her unprofessional attitude and rude behavior is so unwelcome. She hates her job and takes it out on her customers. She will argue that she doesn't have your order unless you show her the recipe. If she forgets something she doesn't take blame for her mistakes or tries to correct it. I really hope head corpation reads this because until something is done we will be taking our business elsewhere. She also isn't the best with hygiene. I witnessed her multiple times touch the trash then people's food.

My complaint is : Myself and daughter went to the bathroom after finishing our meal and someone was in one of the stalls so I told my daughter to go ahead that I would wait .. The person that came out of the stall was an employee and to my shock , she walked right out the door without washing her hands .. I immediately made it known to the manager on duty and he politely said I will handle it .. As I was walking away I heard her call me a liar and say she washed her hands .. So I turned around and told the manager I had no reason to lie and that I understood he couldn’t personally make sure they do but that it was disgusting and I personally will NEVER eat there again .. She lied which leads me to believe that not using good hygiene on the job is something she does often .. 🤢🤮

Tasty and Worth It! The burgers were juicy and full of flavor, with fresh buns and perfect toppings. Great fries and fast, friendly service. A must-visit for any burger fan

I was in there today when a lady brought a puppy in there the people behind the counter came out was petting it and then went back to work with out washing hands as if it wasn't nasty enough for it to be In there gross
