Everything was decent other than the fact that I was charged more for using a card instead of cash and was not informed at point of sale. The only info or warning that they have is in small print on the menu stating that you can save money by paying cash. Still not a warning that you will be charged more for using a card. But after eating here for years even having many birthday parties and gatherings here I have to say you guys have lost my business due to simple misinformation and not having proper warnings in place.

The price was great for 2 people. But the food, and atmosphere were lacking!! My husband bit into chicken that was not fully cooked. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
It great place to take your family. The food is so what good . I got Mac n cheese and you can tell it not got real cheese in it and no salt. The mash potatoes was runny. But the rest of the food was pretty good. I like there meat loaf, and steaks, and you can make you own salads .

Best Western Sizzlin around. Clean buffets with fresh hot food. A regular stop on trips to Guntersville. 4 stars on atmosphere because old outdated building showing its age. BUT very clean inside and out. And good home style food.
