They don't know how to work anything especially online orders and make you feel like you don't know what your talking about even when you show them a screen shot of the online order

Made a mobile order, it said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I showed up a few minutes early to pick it up in the drive-thru. My warm food was cold and my cold food was slightly warm, as it was all in the same bag.
Since it was a small order my assumption is they made it prior to when it said it was going to be ready, and they let it sit there until I came through.
Would not recommend doing a mobile order unless you're going to sit inside immediately after doing it to wait on it. LSU prefer cold food and warm coleslaw.

This happened the third time we eat here. My whole family eat their chicken and fries and it made all of us have stomach issues for two days afterwards. I know it had to be from here because it started right after we eat here. I don’t think they changed their grease when they should have because the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. I think we’ll pass on eating here for awhile.

I love Zaxby's but I had to U turn it when I walked in the door because of the smell. I am extremely sensitive to odors. I don't know if the cooking oil needed changing or what.
