3 stars on service just because their DT line is not set up for optimal service. Line was backed up at order taking point, which caused the line to wrap the building, blocking others from being able to get out/leave the lot. This is not the fault of the OT, as she was quick as she could be & efficient in the OT process. Cashier & present window were also quick & efficient. The dynamic of the parking lot/DT lane need upgraded. Staff was absolutely wonderful.

Went through drive-thru, service was friendly enough, wait time was good and food was as expected.
Food is always good but if they ask if I want extra sauce and I say no I don't get any sauce at all. It has happened several times. Big zax snack should always come with 1 sauce.

The food was good. But the cashier definitely didn't want to be there, nor did she want us there. She was not friendly or helpful. She seemed extremely annoyed that my 8 year old granddaughter couldn't make up her mind on what to eat, even though there was no one else in line behind us.It was so cold in the restaurant! Yes, I appreciate it not being hot in the restaurant, but everyone in the place was shivering! I have managed restaurants and this is not a good customer experience.The table we sat at had crumbs all over it.The manager on duty was very nice and friendly!Kid-friendliness: 2 kids meals on the menu, chicken tenders and grilled cheese.Not a great place to take young kids, in my opinion

Very dirty. Although trash was removed (customers do it) no tables had been wiped off. All were quite soiled and greasy When I asked that table be cleaned a young girl wiped some tables but swiped at them with the same soiled cloth. Floors and Ladies restroom were also dirty. Looked as though they were seldom thoroughly cleaned. The food was less than mediocre and I was served burned Texas toast. Won’t return.
