The employees that work there are rude and Liars I set a interview on Friday at 3:30 when I got there they told me that the manager wasn't there I got to have to come back tomorrow by 2:00 so that's what I did it was Saturday and then they told me that they were packed there was a lot of people ordering from them and they told me to come back tomorrow I came back tomorrow which is today Sunday just for them to tell me that they don't do interviews on weekends and then they were telling me that they told me that they don't do interviews on weekends I just knew about that today Sunday nobody told me that they only do job interviews on weekdays and then these three very rude ladies we're saying that like I was only able to work on weekends cuz I have school and I'm in the Band meanwhile there is three kids my age I am 16 years old all three of those other kids that work at McDonald's go to my school and also one is in the band as well like me but I can't work there people here are very rude and they should not be working there I have been lied to a 16 year old child has been lied to by grown adults that don't even have good manners this is sad and they need to do something about it.

Every weekend we go and order the same thing. This particular day 2/25 we pull in drive through wait for 5 cars to place orders. When it was our turn we were the only car left. No acknowledgement, I said hello 2 times and nothing. 8 minutes goes by and another car pulls in the other lane,their order was taken then we were finally acknowledged. I tried explaining my frustration after placing my order. I politely explained our wait time and frustration with which she replied " it wasn't her fault because she cant hear the beep letting her know we were there so we should just get over it!" The lady (wearing no name tag) said "SHE was the GM and wasn't going to service us because SHE wasn't going to be disrespected". Again, I tried explaining how long we sat and the car that had just pulled up got their order taken before she acknowledged us she then began cussing at us and saying she wouldn't serve us! Thus is the 4th time we have had an issue with this particular woman, if she isn't there everything goes wonderful! The employees have even made statements to me about her abusive attitude towards them and other customers one said " it's another one of those days!, we all prayer when we know she is working her mood is good or we all pay the price!" To which o replied " you can report her" she said "oh no she will make you pay for that to the point you quit or she finds a reason to fire you and it's your fault ". I. Such a small town most customers are frequent. You would think they would work hard to have better customer service! They have officially lost our business!

Never have a problem with anyone or anything very glad it's there they try really hard to please in my opinion thank you mcDonalds I appreciate you because fast food business is not easy. Have a great year everyone will see you again.

Overall I’m pleased with this new location and store. The food tastes good and I get plenty of perks using the app when ordering. An improvement compared to the original McDonald’s in this area.

So disappointed in this brand new store. Waited and waited to be served and had to use the kiosk machine. A simple order took 10 minutes. The employees are so ghetto! Yelling and and cursing, machines constantly beeping the whole time I was eating like they don't care. If anything this is a downgrade from moving from Centerville to Brent! No wonder they have a two-star rating already.

Everytime I go here my food ends up wrong or it takes 45 minutes to get through the line. The employees barely talk. Seen a lot of gum chewing over the food. Which causes spit to end up in food and drinks.

I ordered my food at 6:04 and didn't receive my food until 6:22. A simple Big Mac meal to go. All that time and the order was still made incorrectly. I didn't even bother to say anything because I didn't have an hour to waste for a meal. I wish I had read the reviews first. I'll never stop here again. Who is managing this place with this bad of reviews?

VERY RUDE TO ELDERLY MAN THAT DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE SELF ORDER. VERY RUDE TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO GET HIM HELP. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. SAID THEY WERE SHORT ON HELP BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN 4 EMPLOYEES SHOWED UP IN 30 SECONDS.Kid-friendliness: I WOULD NOT LET MY CHILDREN GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S BECAUSE OF THE TYPE IF EMPLOYEES. I DON’T TRUST THEM.
