Pizza Hut

I've been trying to go to the Brent Al location for year's, took a four year op out, went there 1/25)2025, they have never never in the past ever gotten my order right, so I went in and placed my order, one large supreme meat lovers without pepperoni, add green peppers, mushrooms, green olives, black olives, onions, and extra cup of cheese on top, simple right, (wrong) I watch them making it and told the girl to make sure they put the extra cheese please, after waiting twenty five minutes it came out, when the girl check it it was a veggie pizza, NO MEAT AT ALL, this is what I have gone through over 10 yrs. now they give me the veggie pizza and now I have to wait for them to make my pizza over again, this is a every day problem, they don't care how they make the pizzas or if they are right, terrible store, would not recommend this Brent location to anyone, I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know how bad this storm is and how inadequate the employees are, will never go back, sorry place to get pizza

The food was great no complaints there. But they could use a waitress if you know anyone. Our waitress set us down with a glass of tea and never came back to check on us, not even for a refill. So sad.

The food just didn't have the flavor that I expected. I've eaten at other pizza hut restaurants and found the taste to be better. I'm not sure what it was, but I didn't really like it. The service was slow and I had to get up and refill my drink myself. I don’t recommend this location.

Very clean, very nice.
Staff was very friendly. And the cook made my two pizzas perfectly.
Weird that pizza hut doesn't put 13 oz of cheese on top of a large pizza anymore, but it was very good. I'm an old pizza hut guy myself. Many years ago

A great throwback to the golden 80s for this group of GenX’ers! We made the 30min drive from B’ham just to enjoy a sit down Pizza Hut buffet of old, and we were pleasantly surprised and very glad we didn’t listen to any negative reviews! 2 lunch buffets with tax for $24.18!

The buffet was fully stocked and the pizza was delicious, and even had dessert cinnastix with icing! The salad bar was a perfect classic assortment of everything you’d expect including boiled egg pieces, sunflower seeds, croutons, etc. The restaurant was clean, smelled nice, and our booth was comfortable. Sure this location has some age, but so do we!

The waitress was sweet and attentive and even the manager Deborah, was awesome! I don’t eat meat and asked our waitress if they could possibly make a veggie or even just cheese pizza and she said she’d ask. Deborah was so thoughtful she made us a half cheese, half veggie pizza in under 10min! We were in and out in 45min max with smiles and full bellies and grateful to leave a good tip! All 4 of us highly recommend it!

This place smells like they have an open air bathroom in their lobby. Pizza is God awful, and no one that works there cares at all. I'm amazed they are in business. Don't eat here will make you sick, as the lazy people that work there could care less.

Food was good. Service was slacking. Ordered appetizers when we arrived, after inquiring about our order, 25 minutes later appetizers still had not arrived. They tried to serve them after the food had been brought out. Alao, no one ever came to our table to ask if we needed anything during that time. I'm assuming poor training and sub-standard management....
