We really like it here. Saturday buffet is good. Salad bar is always fresh with plenty of good toppings. My wife likes the catfish, and the fried chicken instantly takes me back to my grandmother’s kitchen in Kentucky. Yams and okra are good. Friendly staff and fellow customers. We’ll drive 45 minutes from Alabaster on a weekend when we just want some good Southern food.
We were just passing through coming from our daughter’s college softball game. Food was so good, as well as service!! Felt like we were setting at Mawmaw’s table eating dinner! ❤️❤️ Highly recommend!!
Great local place to eat. You can order from the menu or eat from the buffet. The locals love this place so expect it to be busy after church on Sunday and other peak times. Service is good and the food is too. If you are in the area and hungry, stop by and grab a bite to eat. Be sure time Wednesdays to get grilled burgers.
