Food was great. Service was decent, the employees were friendly but it took longer than you would expect when they weren’t busy.

I ordered my food in the drive through. They were completely Rude, not only didn't they not have what we originally wanted to order, while changing our order (because we understand companies run out of certain items) they begun yelling extremely rudely. Not giving us time to answer , not listening. Its 4:44 pm Friday afternoon it's not busy there was no need for the attitude. They were completely unprofessional. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews. But felt this needed attention and correcting.

Baby!!!! I ordered the #7 breakfast combo.You talking bout some good potatoes (aka home fries). They should serve these instead of French fries at other meal times. The sandwich was on a soft bun kinda like a brioche bun. It had a whole fried egg on it, a mildly spicy sausage patty, to layers of bacon and cheese. SO GOOD. The girl had my ketchup and grape jelly already in the bag.

This place is a joke. Service is horrible. Staff is very rude and disrespectful. Out of sprite. Out of sweet rea. Out of coke. Out of ghost pepper chicken. Which is the o ly reason I go to wendys. Honestly should just be shutdown. Definitely not worth the money you spend there. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst place I've ever eaten

Staff was friendly. Drive thru was so dark couldn't see the menu no lights. Went inside dining area was not clean and over by drink machine was so nasty your shoes stick to the floor. Again employees very nice and food was ok.

This Wendy,s is a complete joke. The workers are disrespectful and rude. I called to make a complaint they hung up on me twice. I kept on calling till I talked to someone. The manager I talked to acted like she didn’t care about what I was saying.One of the managers was up front when the worker got rude with me for no reason. She didn’t do anything. You want to know why cause they don’t care. They are probably all friends and they do whatever they want.I normally don’t do anything like this but it’s gotten way out of control. And it’s just not one restaurant it’s a lot of them. But I will never eat there again. Tables needs to be clean , floor was nasty as well. Something needs to be done about hiring rude disrespectful people.

On 11/03/2024 This was very sad and disgusting ! On our way back from Mobile to Huntsville. We made a stop at this location for a restroom and something to eat. The first warning was the men’s restroom. It was covered in a liquid. I believe it was water, but it could have been urine. Tissue and trash on the floor very dirty sinks, no paper towels. My wife said the ladies restroom was much worse one toilet was completely overflowing with feces and tissue paper, water and urine all over the floor, tissue and trash, dirty sinks. The dining area did not have water on the floor, but it was trashy and dirty. Some of the tables had cups and residue where they have not been wiped down. Very loud inappropriate conversations by some of the staff. IF you are reading this, this is your warning NOT to eat at this place !!!

Poor management. Place is filthy inside. Employees act like you are bothering them and do not acknowledge that you are standing at the counter. ALWAYS are out of items. Called corporate, but they don't seem to do anything about these ongoing issues.
