Fries were soggy and didn’t look or taste good. I turned around for fresh fries and they were hotter but still not good in taste or looks. I also bought two Baconators with this order and when I took two bites into it, I noticed the top bun was tougher than usual. When I lifted the bun, the bottom was char black.

I work hard for my money, so the fact that I had to deal with horrible attitudes and wait forever and a day for my food was disrespectful. The employees need to work on their customer service skills or just shutdown completely.
