Got 2 of the original hot ham and cheese biggie bags. One of the bag I got a hot ham and cheese and a ranch chicken wrap. Needless to say the chicken is raw. It wasn't even wrapped looked like they went and bought the super small tortillas from a grocery store and slapped it on there, maybe 6 pieces of the shredded cheese like I shouldn't be able to count how many pieces of the cheese is on there and hardly any ranch. Fries are so salty that it'll give u a damn heart attack. And they taste like they been sitting there a while! The employers was rude AF. Don't recommend this place... Health department needs to walk in there. Ooh and they don't use the mobile coupons.

i don’t like to do this, but i’m seriously disappointed with the service i got today. i ordered an omelette biscuit, a drink, and a hash round. i waited for almost 10 minutes for my food until they came out and said “oh we don’t have eggs and our grill is off.” then i said “that’s okay… can i just get a refund?” and they promptly said “no. our manager isn’t here today.” and told me to choose a different option, i chose the chicken biscuit and they handed it to me without my original hash round and i had to wait even longer for the hash round to cook. the chicken on the biscuit was hard as a rock and the biscuit was inedible. this place can do better because i have experienced so much better service with daryl. get daryl back behind the counter because andrew isn’t cut out for this.
