Every time I come here something is messed up ,shake not stirred right I’m paying ya’ll so I aspect it to be well cooked and not play over with I will fill a law suit the next time it happens and police will involve.

Worst jacks I have ever been to. Waited 45 mins for milkshakes and eventually went inside to see what was going on and they were sitting on the counter and they still tried serving them to me melted which resulted in a big mess all over me and the floor. I ended up leaving without the milkshakes I already paid for. They have no proper management.

only 3 teenagers working , inside is filthy , been waiting 25 min and counting on food , spent all their time taking care of drive thru , employee told me their taught the drive thru is most important , will definatly not be back to this location, west blocton locatiin is SO MUCH BETTER !!!!

Workers were either inexperienced or didn't care, and despite not being that busy it still took half an hour to get two milkshakes and a medium fry. There seemed to be absolutely no management presence and it was very unorganized.

I've seen a few dissatisfied reviewers but I just had a great experience there. I ate inside and the food was great. I had a big bacon Jack combo and my wife had a chicken finger meal with green beans and mashed potatoes. While eating I noticed how the young lady at the counter interacted with customers. She was kind and professional. Very impressive.

Food order is almost always wrong and the iced coffee that I have tried 2 times has been horrible. Lesson learned.... make it at home and it'll be alright 🤷♀️
OK, so I don't eat at this Jack's very much. And I do not do fast food that much anymore anyways recently I stopped just eating it as much with all the facts I've read about what all hamburger meat has in it and how many different cows it actually is coming from during the grounding process before it is actually shipped out to the people that order it. Anyways ??♀️what I was getting at honestly though is that the food isn't great anymore. If they had somebdoy to go around undercover and trying these places it would be alot better people living Jacks again. But yep you need undercover that not even the store knows about to just get your true perspective of everything or some kind of deal worked out to where you can be that secret shopper. It works it works to make the public food taste better and back to what it used to be at all Jack's ya know. Anyways Good luck with fixing all the issues bc I truly hope you get this fixed soon. ?
