My sandwich was made perfectly by Alexis, even with all my specifics (half w/ veggies & half without). She even took the initiative to wrap them separately for my partner and I. Both workers on shift were very kind and helpful!

There's no way this sandwich is 10 dollars and only has 3 pieces of steak.. As the prices were going up obviously the meat was coming out!! Not satisfied at all

This is usually my favorite subway. However, tonight when I walked in all 3 workers were on their phones. One came to make my food. As soon as she rang my order into the register and I stuck my card in the reader she turned around without speaking and propped up on the counter behind her with the other workers and didn't speak again. My receipt printed and I turned and walked out. That was the worst service I have ever had.

Excellent customer service. Food is delicious but if you get anything with any type of sauce, prepare for it to be thrown ALL over your sandwhich. Anytime I get the pizza sub all i taste is marinara & nearly always end up getting it all over my shirt and/or pants due to how much they slaughter over the sub. Today, the sub was DROWNED in marinara & the bread could barely hold together. You'd think they'd have portions for a certain amount of toppings at once but nope

Retro Mod Accord

Placed a online order and went to pick it up and my order wasn't ready at all. They then told me their out of butter and steak. I didn't receive a call or text ahead of time to resolve the issue and having to wait longer. That staff were very unprofessional in resolving the issue at hand.

We did an online pickup order so I have no clue how the customer service is, but we paid almost $30 for two sandwiches & half of the stuff we wanted on there & paid extra for, wasn't on there. Very sad

This subway is always out of many ingredients when I stop in to pick up a sandwich on the way home after work. They should be more prepared for the evening rush when being so close to several factories and know they run out constantly. I've made a point to continue past this exit even though it is on the way home to go to a different Subway when the craving for a sandwich hits.
