Again, another frustrating experience at the OXR Dominos. Arrived at the store to pick up my pizza and sat at the window for 5 minutes with nobody even bothering to look my way. Drove around to the front to go in to pick it up and again, no acknowledgement. Driver finally came to check me out and said they were really busy. While he was standing under a monitor the said “there are no orders”. Then he laughed. Nobody cares.

How can you charge somebody when you’re paying for extra mushroom and you get one mushroom per slice of pizza when you’re paying for extra I just don’t get it and you know you pay for light sauce extra mushroom and a small pizza is drowning and sauce, one mushroom per slice and they wanna charge $25 for that save your money elsewhere

Only 3 employees working on NYE? Custimers who were waiting for their orders for over an hour were told they were 130 orders behind. After waiting past an hour for when my order should've been done. I was told it would be another 30-45 mins to start it. I said to cancel it. Apparently they didn't cancel it. So they worked an order that wasn't going to be picked up. Lost my rewards for the order.

The ladies tonight kicked butt. It's New Year's Eve 2024. 2 ppl working. Absolutely amazing. One thing is there shouldn't be a cap on tips. I thought those ladies deserved a great tip. When I tried to do $100 your machine said it was too high of a tip. Insane. Hopefully you can fix that. It'd be great if you could. Well ladies I pray and hope y'all's night goes good.

I submitted my order at 534 pm, with an app- estimated ready time of 16-20 min. I did not receive my pizzas, through the pickup windows, until 620 PM. Both pizzas were very poorly made, with numerous no-cheese bare spots. Poor products, poor execution.
EDIT: I reached out immediately to the franchise owner, as requested below. Crickets from them since that time.
I can’t review the food because what was ordered is as never delivered. No one answers the phone. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes.
Don’t order from this store.
