I'm from Troy and LOVE me some Crowes, so I was pumped Ozark was getting one now that I live in Dothan. We went last Thurs night...it was crowded, but we didn't mind the wait. Drive thru was having issues, and super slow, but we are understanding & wanted to wait it out. Close to closing time, a man came out and put traffic cones behind our car, signaling we would be the last car served in the drive thru, I assumed. After over an HOUR wait, we finally got to the window & were told they were closed. My husband even explained how long we had waited and about the traffic cones and we were still dismissed...suddenly they were out of chicken AND their fryers were both "broken." I will never go back here again...they could have at least apologized & offered a free combo at a later date or something to compensate us for that time wasted. I'll pass Ozark & go to Brundidge..I'm sure Ms. Patsy will take my money.

Great hidden gem. Chicken tenders were so fresh and we loved the light breading on the chicken. Big portions as well. Employees were very friendly.

8 dollars for 4 pcs chicken nuggets/tenders . I guess it's just because there's no other place to get chicken here. It's just overprice and that doesn't even have a drink. Chicken is just ordinary taste . Up to you to decide.

Drive thru intercom was not working, after sitting in line for what seemed like an eternity to order, I was told their credit card machine wasn't working. I had no cash in my pocket so I ended up wasting 30 minutes for nothing.

My favorite place to eat! Only problem is I live in Athens Georgia. 4 hour drive. The sauce is the boss and I drove out of my way on way back from Panama city just to bring back Crows for my family that lives in georgia.

Beyond amazing experience, we came in last minute for catering order and they had it out fast and with a smile!! We drive an hour for Crowe’s and are never disappointed!!!
