Don't get anything dilervered of brought to you from this location. I've ordered a simple sausage,egg,and cheese 5 times in the past 2 months. EVERY time something is horribly wrong with my order. Most of the time my hashrounds are hard and cold despite only being a 5 min drive to my house, always missing either egg or cheese. Despite being charged for both. Once about a month ago the tea was soured.

We were just in the drive thru… told us to pull up to wait for fries and brought us our food with no fries after we were told that’s what we were waiting for!!! Yall knew there was no fries!! We tried to call and of course no answer and no way to leave a message 🙄🙄 …. Way to go! We will not be back!

I visited this Hardee’s early in the morning, around 4:30–5:00 AM, and my experience left much to be desired. The manager on duty was noticeably blunt and seemed impatient throughout the interaction. When I attempted to engage in conversation, she did not acknowledge me.
While taking my order, she did not offer any additional items, such as desserts, which is a common practice in customer service. The same approach was taken with my co-workers—her tone was direct, with no warmth or engagement. There was no smile, no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere.
One positive aspect of my visit was the presence of a young lady who was polite and courteous, providing a contrast to the manager’s demeanor.
As for the food, it was mediocre at best—not bad, but certainly nothing that would encourage me to return. Given the lackluster service and average quality of the meal, I do not plan on visiting this location again.
