Screw the sub club and I told the so called sub artist that the bread was over cooked and stale but she didn’t care. I joined the sub club the same day and they said my transaction was over 30 days old but I provided the transaction number on the receipt. It seems that the home office is just as inconsiderate as the girl who said that if I join and give them the receipt they would credit me with my first club sub. BS

Worst subway I’ve ever been to and I have been to a many subways. They’re always out of half of the bread options and never have all of the sandwich accessories. Also the toaster only works half the time

Did an online order 10/04/2024. Arrived at the store and decided to dine in. Ordered half and half tea and for the third time in a row there was no tea available. Changed to Diet Coke and it tasted like cherry cola. Water is standing on the floor in front of the soda fountain during my last 3 visits. Ordered two sandwiches which couldn’t be prepared with ingredients that I ordered because they were out of tomatoes and pickles which is a common occurrence for this facility and to top off that, I had diarrhea develop that Friday evening that lasted for two days. Ever since Subway Jared Fogle got convicted of doing bad things with underaged children, Subway has become the bottom of the barrel for at least this franchise restaurant #20575–0 in Brundidge. Alabama.

Typical Subway. Food and service was decent. I gave 3 stars because the place was pretty dirty. Maybe they were understaffed. Who knows.
My daughter went in at 9:39 a sub. The door was locked. The girl would not open it. They close at 10. Hardee’s also closes at 10. She drove right down to Hardee’s and they served her order. Closing time means quit serving to my understanding!
