There weren't many options near the cabin we were staying in. Chicken was a touch dry. Fries were good. Service was lackluster. It seemed like we were a bother to the person working the window. :( She opened the window to see if someone was there to pick up an order and then just shut it in our face without saying a word. We finally had to ask permission to be able to order. Bummer.

You short yourself if you don't stop at J's Hole In The Wall when you're in or passing through Bryant, Alabama! All 4 of us ordered completely different meals and we loved it all! The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I'd give 10 stars if I could! ?

We were on vacation from ohio and 1 thing on our list was "southern bbq"The staff--friendly,pleasantThe food--hot,fresh,amazing and exactly what we asked for and was craving. We didn't have a long wait time and the dine in part is very clean.Atmosphere-- you can to go,eat in or sit outside and we found that to be a bonus perk.
We are on a road trip of the southeast US and heading from Nashville to Chattanooga. Since we were so close to the state line, we wanted to add another state to our list. I read the reviews and we decided to have lunch here. The smoked chicken was just out of the smoker and so delicious. The gentleman who came out was so nice and friendly. They take only cash, but it's not very expensive. The indoor area is very clean and the restroom was very clean as well with. If you're in the area you must stop in.

Excellent service and food
We are on a road trip of the southeast US and heading from Nashville to Chattanooga. Since we were so close to the state line, we wanted to add another state to our list. I read the reviews and we decided to have lunch here. The smoked chicken was just out of the smoker and so delicious. The gentleman who came out was so nice and friendly.
