Never been to a Hardee's before. Food wasn't bad, but it was mid-afternoon and the food wasn't as fresh as we would have liked, but it wasn't bad. Service was great and staff was very friendly. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.

I stopped by Hardee’s recently, and I have to say—I was blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. The staff were not only friendly and professional, but they were also quick, efficient, and clearly cared about making my visit great. Service gets a solid 5 stars!

The burger was juicy, the toppings crisp and flavorful, and the bun perfectly toasted. The fries were golden and crispy, and the shake? Creamy, thick, and absolutely delicious. Something about the biscuits has changed. Used to be the best of the best, now edible is the description. Changed the flour or something, and the sausage was once visible outside the sides of the biscuit, now only if they misplaced it on the smaller size biscuits they now serve.

The peach shake was amazing. My food was awesome. My fries were hiding fresh. The restaurant was spotless. The restrooms were clean. My drink was ice cold and refreshing. The service was great. Everyone was friendly.
Placed an order online. Went to pick the order up and was told that they were out of the bacon snack pack. They said they couldn't refund it their in the store. Had to go through corporate. I asked to see if they can substitute it for something else and was told they couldn't. This should've been handled right in the store. All I can say is you've lost my business and I'll go elsewhere.

Food was pretty good, the wait was very quick, so no hassle there, both times were a very quick and tasty breakfast, definitely recommend this place for a bright and early day

Bathroom was TERRIBLE. There is 2 stalls and 1 stall had no door and the other had toilet paper everywhere and smelled terrible. The sink was dirty everywhere smelled terrible. Food smells old. Ketchup packets had some weird substance on the outside. There was also a roach outside the bathroom door.

Ordered a Frisco burger without mayo and drove off to find mayo on both sides and dripping off the sides. For a guy who really dislikes mayo, it was like throwing money in a fire.
